Outline:
Recap and Welcome (10 minutes)
- Review values clarification.
- Share one value-based action participants practiced.
Setting Value-Based Goals (15 minutes)
- Define meaningful goals linked to personal values.
- Example: Being kind to family or volunteering regularly.
Islamic Practices and Behavioral Change (20 minutes)
- Discuss practical ways to incorporate Islamic values into daily life (e.g., sadaqah, salah, Quran recitation).
- Reflection: What Islamic practice can you incorporate into your routine?
Action Planning (20 minutes)
- Exercise: Write an action plan for one meaningful goal, including steps and possible obstacles.
