Embark on a journey toward gratitude. Gratitude is a special tool given to mankind to help bring contentment, appreciation, and presence. Practicing gratitude can be a way to refocus and sharpen the abundance mindset which can deepen relationships, relieve stress, promote health and wellbeing, and bring a sense of wholesomeness to life.

This gratitude journey is not like other journals because it is especially created with a list of resources to help make space for gratitude and the healing that can come during this journey. We naturally improve our practices with practice. Additionally, each week, you’re encouraged to created a gratitude growth challenge, where you identify something difficult to be grateful for and work on that. Finally, this journal promotes value-filled actions to promote authenticity and congruency through expressing the value and experience of gratitude through three specific ways: heartfully, verbally, and physically.
